When you get in touch. If you email us, we collect your name, email address, phone number (if provided), company name and whatever you tell us in your message.

When you visit the site. Our website is hosted by Squarespace, which collects some technical information automatically, such as your IP address, browser type, device and pages viewed. See "Cookies" below.

We don't knowingly collect sensitive personal data through this site.

• To respond to enquiries and discuss potential work. Our legal basis is our legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries and developing potential client relationships.

• To keep the website secure and working properly. Our legal basis is our legitimate interests.

We use a small number of service providers to run our business. They process data on our behalf and only under our instructions:

• GoDaddy, which registers our domain

• Microsoft 365 (via GoDaddy), for our email

• Squarespace, which hosts our website and provides analytics

Some of these providers, including Squarespace, GoDaddy and Microsoft, are based in or use servers in the United States or elsewhere outside the UK. Where that happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the UK's approved data transfer mechanisms, to protect your data.

We keep personal information for as long as we reasonably need it to respond to enquiries, maintain our business relationships, and deal with any potential legal, contractual, tax or accounting requirements. We review the information we hold periodically and delete information we no longer need.
